Does anyone else feel like we are living on the surface of the sun?!!!
I am not a fan of the heat. If it is over 78 it is too hot. Uggg...
However, in an attempt to beat the heat we have tried to play outside in the water a little bit. A couple weeks ago Sarah got to enjoy her swimsuit for the first time (and we all got to enjoy how cute she looked in it!) and Jacob and her played in the water at Grandpa and Grandma Clegg's house.
Jacob was so funny when we first turned on the sprinkler. We told him to go stand by the sprinkler head while we went and turned it on (yes, we are those kinds of parents!) obviously expecting him to run away but the water started coming out and her just stood there and took it! We all had a good laugh and finally told him he didn't have to stay there. It was so funny.
But Jacob loved to run and jump over the sprinkler and Mark even carried Sarah over a couple of times but she wasn't as big of a fan of the cold water. She was a more sit in the shade and try and survive the heat type of girl (must take after her mom!).
