I love Easter! It was a perfect Easter day and we are grateful to have spent it together as a family. Jacob was ecstatic to come downstairs and see his Easter basket. It is so much fun now that he is getting older and understanding things more.
We then ate a yummy Easter breakfast and spent the day snuggling and watching General Conference. It was perfect!
In the afternoon we went over to my parent's house for an Easter egg hunt and dinner. Jacob loves going to Papa and Grammy's house! My whole family was there and Grandpa and Grandma Moldenhauer came over too! It was great to spend time all together as a family.
Then this was the first time Jacob has ever done an Easter egg hunt and it was adorable. He also didn't have any competition so he definitely took his time looking at bugs and other fun things in Grammy's backyard! Sarah just sat on the grass and she may or may not have ate part of a leaf. Oops!
It's been a perfect spring day and a wonderful day to reflect on our Savior, Jesus Christ. I know He lives and loves each and every one of us. And because of Him we can all return and live with Him again.
